Bluecrew/Employbridge Product Design & UX Director - July 2022 - July 2024

  • Directed UX for a $4 billion SaaS staffing company, transitioning traditional workflows to digital tools.

  • Served as lead creative contact & creative director for the agency Fantasy during the redesign of Employbridge.com.

  • Built a robust team of designers & researchers and coached them on best practices for UX.
